i got a email
changes to the benefits for your CitiBusiness® / AAdvantage® Platinum Select® World Elite™ Mastercard® account.
What's changing:
For purchases made on or after March 21, 2021:
•   Extended Warranty, Purchase Assurance, MasterCoverage®, Worldwide Travel Accident Insurance, Travel Services Medical Protection and Mastercard Value Added Tax (VAT) Reclaim Service benefits will be discontinued and will no longer be provided for purchases made on or after that date.

What are they thinking? Unless you travel a lot by AA and you want the free bags why would you keep the card?

Citi cut those benefits on other cards in the past .I guess they're cutting them on their premium cards now.

Other issuers will probably follow suit in cutting benefits in 2021.
