The Min of Health reported that all individuals aged 60 and up in the mostly-haredi city of Modi'in Ilit have been vaccinated for the coronavirus.

Modiin Illit has 76,000 residents, from which only 30,000 are above 18. 23,000 tested positive for Covid (18 died) and aren't officially eligible for vaccination, and 8000 were vaccinated. Israel's lockdown restrictions differentiate between cities based on vaccination rates.

Still, very admirable and hopefully will be emulated in other frum communities.

In terms of what? Vaccination percentages are probably due to a tiny absolute count and the city gov/health authorities, but other frum communities aren't far behind.

Seem to remember seeing signficiantly lower percentage of Haredi population vaccinated? Is the difference mostly due to their demographics (large number of ineligible children)?

IIRC aside from the lower average age(ineligible children and lower risk youth) Haredim have outsized hesitancy in 20-60 but less in older people. Combination of risk & maturity.
