is united removing basic economy from close in flights?

i can't find any united basic economy tickets before april  on a few different routes i searched
is united pulling basic economy from close in routes?

it is if you are price sensitive and you now lose the option to book at a cheaper price.
The particular flight i was looking at yesterday the be ticket was 35 cheaper
today the regular economy ticket is the same price but i lost the option to choose basic economy for a savings
so yes in my opinion anything that takes away your choice to spend less and accept the restrictions is a bad thing

That has nothing to do with basic economy vs regular. It looks like the fare bucket just filled up.

i thought that might be it so i checked 5 different routes and i could not find a single basic economy ticket on any of them until mid april  so i am speculating that they are stopping at least temporarily to sell basic economy tickets systemwide   within 60 days of your flight

I don't see any basic economy fares for LAX-EWR. Did they discontinue them from their premium transcontinental flights?

I searched LAX-EWR Sept. 2021 and didn't find any basic economy fares
