Car lease help!!!

I'm looking for a cheap lease (elantra,civic, etc.) they used to be around 130-150.  looks like there all around 180-200 now, like the full size cars. is their any place i can get the old prices? maybe even not so much down . there's gotta be a deal now at the end of the year!!

Diamond gave me a quote of  civic-224, sonata-265. I must mention that tax and tags are maryland which are genarally more but that still seem exorbitant.
