Chase locked my online account

Hi,
Cant seem to find a thread on this...
I sent  QP to someone who theyre online acct is locked, so they locked mine as well , when calling they asked me 3 sec questions which on one question (which state was my social issued?) i answered wrong, so they said i need to come down to a branch with 2 ID's, the p is that i'm overseas... Anything i can do about it?

if you have a relationship with a banker he can open it back up for you, if not you’ll need to visit a branch.

I was stuck in a similar situation.
I called the branch where I opened my account (no relationship with banker)
Got manager on the phone who first agreed to allow me to send by brother with copy's of my ID.
and after pushing a bit more, she unlocked it after I confirmed the most recent transactions (up to 10days)on my CC/QP.

If you try to get it resolved by phone say you don’t feel safe coming down to a branch due to COVID. This way you don’t need to disclose that you’re outside the country. You can even say you’re in an area that doesn’t have Chase branches (white lie), and travel isn’t safe.
