Whatever "error" or "accident" that occured it miraculously only targeted those that they might have wanted to target anyways...

As I wrote earlier, if it was an error / mistake / issue, the most likely type of error is that they have released a not so fine tuned detection algorithm.

I still can't bring myself to port, I'm so heavily invested in the ecosystem, losing my one and only number that I've used forever would be absolutely devastating, but accomplishing the same using paid services would cost a lot, especially texting
