Might have already been paid. NY and NJ don't always change to Payment Sent status.

Hopefully, it will show in the bank in the morning...

Is there still money to be sent out or was it used up? Still worth it to apply?

Depends where, but NY is almost depleted.
I still recommend applying because the Treasury is reallocating funds every month from municipalities that either didn't use up there's or are slow to distribute, to areas that need more funds, plus NY might allocate additional funding from the state's ARP funds of their own volition. Depletion of the original funding allocation is by no means an end to the program.

NY Landlord Rental Assistance Program (LRAP)

Applications for landlords who have tenants that refuse to cooperate with traditional ERAP, or have vacated a unit with arrears, is now open! Funds will deplete quickly.

High time, hopefully NJ will follow suit.

Is all this needed for claiming rent arrears in New Jersey, or only one of them?

  Lease and Past Due Notice

§  Notice of rent arrears issued by the rental property owner

§  Eviction Notice

§  Summary Process Summons and Complaint identifying the applicant(s) as the Defendant(s)/Tenant(s)/Occupant(s), which sets forth a hearing date within thirty (30) days is required as proof of rent arrearage.

Do I have anything from applying, after the message shown below?
Will there be funding from other sources, or is the program basically over?

Any plans for funding for homeowners just for utility bills without the rent portion?

And why do those btwn 80% and 120% AMI have more chance of getting approved? Does it have to be over 80% or just below 120%?

"Households in any part of the state with income over 80 percent and up to 120 percent of area median income can still apply for state-funded emergency rental assistance."

Federal only covers up to 80% of AMI, but the state has a separate program for 80%-120%.
The state program opened recently, while the federal one has been open in NY since 6/1.

Where can I find details on the state program? And if the state still has funds why  don't they distribute to those lower of 80%?
It doesn't make sense to deny those below 80%, and rather give it to those above.

(not that the state makes any sense at all.)
