Hertz not allowing to book a car at MIA with points!!

I just tried making a reservation with points at MIA. It is saying “You do not have enough points or this location is not accepting points”! (I have over 5k points and renting for 2 days...)

Anyone experience this? And where does Hertz accept points if not at a airport!???!
