no, they should do it, unless its very hectic and don't really have time, but be persistent.

only in the usa you need to change at that point.

outside the usa, just flashing your *A G will give you the privileges. (hoping for upgrades and the likes won't work if automated.

I'm usually fine with business class but it doesn't quite give enough miles, hence the need for F

Pardon my ignorance - on this chart http://en.aegeanair.com/milesandbonus/program-description/earn-miles/#AIR CANADA - it shows a 500 mile minimum..

My question - is the 500 miles the minimum flight distance or total miles to post to the Aegean account meaning that if you take a flight that is less than 1000 miles and the fare class only earns 50% you won't get any credit for that flight?

I have a bunch of 900 mile flights to take and am wondering if I can get credit for them...even if I only get 50% it'll still bump me over the 20K needed for *G

500 miles refers to the min you'll get per flight. However airline programs differ- some like BA give min 500 per itinerary so multiple segments won't make a difference, other like DL award 500 per segment so it does. Try to figure out what A3 means

Also there's a separate cheshon of earning status by segments flown, not sure how many A3 require. If you're flying AC, crediting to AC might be a better plan, see my post a page or two ago.

On a side note, I'm willing to bet my 10k A3 miles Aegean will cease to exist by the end of the year. They are probably gov't owned & Greece is bankrupt. Unless they have a major monoply on profitable routes, which I doubt. Then again, *A might honor the status., at least for 1 year.

I would assume 500 is a min per segment, but that's just my guess. PUTPAC (if you speak Greek)

will a 370 mile flight on US earn 100% credit...it seems so as by by US there is no minimum on the aegean award chart...anyone have experience?
