I just booked my wife on United and need to switch her FF number to Aegean number which is Gold. It doesn't seem like I can do it . I used to just switch it back to United after getting on the plane to accrue United miles. How do I switch back and forth now in Star Alliance?

HI. I made a reservation on UA for my wife and went to switch the FF# to Aegean where she is Gold, like I used to do. However, when I went into the reservation the FF# couldn't be changed online. How can I do this without having to call?? Thanks.

Q. What is the policy of united when I'm *AG and I'm flying with my wife and my baby? The phone rep said we all get 2 suitcases including the baby and the carry on and a personal bag and for the baby either a stroller or a car seat does that make sense?

Why is he providing false info just because that was his first thought

And then you will have a surprise at the airport. the agent will just tell you that you misunderstood the phone rep...

Sorry. Was referring to the adults on the resy, as opposed to other airlines such as LH where only the *G member gets an extra bag.

Right that I know so that is why I was asking about the baby. As for the baby what is the deal with carry on and stroller? The rep said the baby gets a carry on a personal bag and a stroller or car seat is that true?

I think that is correct, but that has nothing to do with *A G.

On my way back from Israel I have a flight with united that I booked with united miles from my account I just called them to switch my FFN to my Agean number and they told me that they can't do it since I booked it with miles so I get no *AG benefits.
Anyone have experience with this?
Did HUCA help?
The reason I didn't HUCA yet is because the rep spoke already to a manger.
