Are they driving the car? If yes they may not be covered.

in my experience they found out. Automatically added them and spiked the premium.

They'll try to investigate if it was on a regular basis. For a child driving they might deem it was on a regular basis by default and make a problem, so make sure.

I got a cell phone ticket in NJ. My lawyer says itís better to knock it down to an improper turn or something. (Moving violation with no points) He says the insurance rates will be less affected this way. Does this make sense?
