Just curious why everyone is quick to publicize when the rabanim say you don’t have to pay, but not when they say you have to?

Matzav / TLS were quick to post the psak saying tenants don’t have to pay - having an effect in many Jewish “landlords”
I think it should also post when they do have to pay.

It’s also good for the tenants to know as well and not argue / go to Rav about it.
(obviously they can still ask their LOR).

Point is - it’s Jewish money on both sides.
