If I may, and I understand completely if the mods remove this, we all just got a little glimpse into the life of a Rabbi in a remote town, and it's been awesome to see the DDF community be able to help out. Inasmuch as the challenges for someome living so far are immense, the impact even small contributions can make on such communities is immense too.
As it happens, the Shliach in Fargo is also a "RYG", and I think it would be awesome to continue this chain of helpfulness and kindness by inundating their donate page in honor of DDF.

Sorry, I only saw this on DDMS today, so I'm late to the game. But if I can add a personal connection. Last summer we had cabin fever after being locked down for several months. But even though we were COVID careful, most places weren't interested in having anything to do with Brooklyn Jews coming to contaminate them.
We weren't comfortable flying, but we were up for an ambitious road trip. We brought all our own food for during the week, but Shabbos was the biggest obstacle, since we always plan our itineraries around spending Shabbos in a Jewish community with other families.
In early June I reached out to the most far-flung Chabads I could find, places where COVID hadn't yet reached. But the overwhelming majority were either closed completely or at least closed to outsiders. One of the two that warmly opened up to total strangers was RYG
@postoffice at Chabad of Fargo (the other was Chabad of Green Bay).
With Shabbos plans in place, we managed to put together a wonderful road trip to Michigan's Upper Peninsula, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and North Dakota, which added many thousands of miles to our odometer. We had a wonderful socially-distanced Shabbos with RYG's family, and he really went above and beyond to help us with so many aspects of the ND portion of our trip.
We saw a glimpse of his dedication in action when our Motzei Shabbos departure from Fargo to drive west across the state to Theodore Roosevelt NP was delayed when he asked us to stay home with his kids while he and his wife went to visit a Jew in the hospital. Their dedication to every Jew, both locals and visitors, is inspiring, and I reiterate the call to support their work as much as you are able!
