Article is written very well.. Ruling makes sense in my mind (based on reading the article), a MO is somewhat considered a cash equivalent..
So I load 500 on the GC, load 500 on GD and one is taxable and the other is not. Like I said, this makes no sense.
The decision very specifically says this is not the reason
