Distances are very far. Traffic will be horrendous. There's too much to do up north to spend 1/2 a day there even for the things on your list, and you're not even touching the stunning golan.

Pick North or Masada/dead sea or extend your trip.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Google is giving me 5:14 for this:

I'm fine with having one crazy packed day - early morning out, late night return.

I could be done with Hula Valley by 10 or 11, which still leaves the bulk of the day to explore. I know that I'm "not even touching the stunning golan" but at least I'll daven at some places I've wanted to go to forever, and maybe take a quick peek into Tzfas if I'm lucky.

For Masada/Dead Sea I'm getting just about 3 hours of driving time, which should work even with a somewhat late start in the morning.

Is that not doable?

If you stay overnight in Ein Bokek or in teveria it would be more bearable

You need to do Tzefas-

As far as Kevarim on Har Hazeisim go, there are a lot. R'Gershon Kitiver (Besht BIL), Ger, Kamarna, Skolya, Nadvorna and co, Modzitz, Rav Yosef Chaim Zonnenfeld, etc.

I once did a crazy 1 day tour that started with vasikin at the Kosel down to Yam Hemelech and up to Tiveriah etc. and back to Yerushalayim at about 1 am.
But I do remember the tour guide who we went with was Aharon Tzvi Saks, who lives in Meah Shearim and had a 12 or 15 seat van. He took us all over eretz yisroel, in a marathon trip, from neitz by the Kosel till very late at night.
This is the contact I have for him, I hope it's still accurate: 025eight22257 and American # 91seven, 4seven4, 8one60

After reading all the 17 pages I thought @Something Fishy wasn't too excited to see the birds so I was surprised that he put it into his itinerary

My favorite place in the world
Wadi Al Qilt?

I have some awesome pics there from a hike 12 years ago. Very interesting and scenic, the greenery around the streams, mountains, view, desert, rock formations and caves, and Bedouin with sheep and goats.
