Do any have mehadrin food available as well?

Alas, Fishy doesn't drink anything stronger than Moscato or pickle juice...
Most places just do a little cheese board and crackers mb, I'm sure they can cater for mehadrin requests. Adir does proper food, there's a chance its mehadrin, Gush Etsion has a full mehadrin milchik resteraunt overlooking some of their vineyards.
The chiddush of DDF is the way Dan Deals with all us crazies 🤪

Does Adir still do the goat milk ice cream? I recall it being very unique.

I've done this tour with him at least three times, very good, He does many other tours: The israel museum with a torah perspective... Quite a unique person. He was the one who convinced Rav Belskey to wear tcheles, s an expert in the ksav in old sifrei torah.

I would recommend to get a hold of one of the good guidebooks to kevarim. I personally use "HaMekomos HaKedoshim" by Rav Yechiel Michel Stern (from Ezras Torah), and "Kadmunienu" from "Vaad Lehatzolas Kivrei HaKadmonim in E"Y". They provide accurate directions, and background on who each person was, how we know he's buried here, and some torah that each one said. Available in many seforim stores here in Israel, but worth to get a hold of, and read in advance.

My recomendations:
Abaya and Rava. aside from the opportunity to daven there, the view is amazing, prob top five in Israel.
When you decide to go to a particular kever, check who is nearby.
The Chida is at the enterance to  Har Hamenuchos. Fof har hamenuchos and Har Haziesim you prob NEED either a very  good map, or a guide.
Figure out which Tanaim, Amoraim, ext.. are meaningful for you to go to. Is it the talmidie habesht in tveria and tzfas, a particular navi...If you're a segula person which segula are you looking for ? (amuka...)
I 2nd Abaya and Rava, very cool area and seeing them together is incredible to think about.

Also Eliyahu Hanavi's cave in Haifa is a quick stop with a good view iirc.

Here's an updated map that includes these locations.

10 is Satmer Rechov Yona, 11 is Satmar Rechov Yoel, and 12 points you in the direction of Satmar Ezras Torah and it's adjacent Kava Shtiebel (on Rechov Even Ha'azel), which is about an 6-10 minute walk off the map.

How about the kosel katan? You can go thru shar shechem... not the safest but I've done it. If you go on 17 tamuz I'm sure other people would be going too.
Also officially close to the kodesh kedashim.
I'm not who you think I am.

Be aware of Papagaio hechsher

Satmar only cares about kosel, they don't give a boo about hechsher - if there are Jewish words on the window they will eat there

We didn't have access to this in 1966 either. What's the difference?
I guess it's not something used for "Zionist propaganda". That's their main (only?) objection, as far as I understand.

This talks to me.

Now to risk Szszalmy Szszilber's wrath, is it safe to drive yourself? Especially at night.
Don't recommend at all

Kever Yosef in Shechem. (I believe they go around Rosh Chodesh). A very very different experience then typical kvarim hopping.

Tapuach, Yitzhar, Itamar, Elon Moreh.. meet/speak to the "Hilltop Youth"
