We are talking about a job situation. Have requirements is not forcing anyone. It is extremely common in the workplace. It is their choice if they want to work there or at another place. It the current situation anyone can get a job somewhere else.

There is a difference between a job requirement in place before one took the job and one that was instituted after one was already employed. Being forced to leave a job and find another isn't the same as not choosing to accept a job in the first place.

Claiming it is necessary to have everyone vacinate to save lives is a sham! What is the basis for mandating a vaccine which has shown to barely (if your lucky) protect you from catching and spreading the Omicron? What about prior infections why aren't they ever counted?

You don't create mandates to save a couple of lives. Vaccines have risks (besides the general feeling unwell for a day or 2 that most people get)
What exactly is the vaccine doing today? Omicron breaks right through - Even if you claim (very questionable) less of a load, or shorter spread  exactly how many lives is that vs. someone that is unvaccinated carrying the virus? What about people that are walking around with antibodies? why is it completely ignored ? I just checked my antibodies guess what they shot up since September - Why is Canada making me vaccinate?

What are you Linking old data? Make a case for vaccine mandates today? Vaccine mandates for those with antibodies? Also Mandates are only justified to protect others as per the courts. I don't need data on the people it protected who got the vaccine

The rational to vaccine mandates are to protect others from catching the virus.  (Unvaccinated should not be included as they choose not to vaccinate - high pool of deaths) the vaccine is doing a poor job at protecting others from getting the virus the difference between the unvaccinated and vaccinated in the spread is minimal. How many more deaths are caused by the unvaccinated to the vaccinated or unble to vaccinate = very few

We still never dealt with why you would mandate those with antibodies - it's pretty obvious antibodies (from the virus) works no worse than the vaccine..

The courts have ruled many times the vaccine mandates are legal for many different reasons.
They also ruled the government overstepped their bounds when tired with the mandate via OSHA.
