It hasn’t been studied enough and while the answers on each side of the Atlantic might be political neither are objectively known to be correct. It it certainly within the realm of possibility (some might even say likely) that someone with natural immunity will get enough of a boost from one dose of an mRNA vaccine to confer equivalent immunity to two doses of an mRNA vaccine, and maybe higher.

It might also depend how long it’s been since the initial infection. Again, the answer isn’t objectively known, there isn’t enough data and AFAIK scientists aren’t focusing on this question right now.

We are very pleased to announce that Switzerland will open to fully vaccinated travelers from the U.S. and Canada as of June 28, 2021 (ratified by parliament on June 23). Neither quarantine nor a negative Covid-19 test will be required to enter Switzerland.
