Reopening For The Vaccinated

Norway is reopened for everyone with the same visa rules as before the pandemic.

- Vaccination not required for entry
- Negative PCR/or antigen required unless you have Norway recognized (I think EU-digital COVID cert) proof of vaccination or recent (6 month) recovery. US proof might or might not be recognized, idk
- Everyone including Norwegians needs to fill out an online form
- No quarantine required

There are separate restrictions in place for travel to Svalbard, but I think a negative PCR is sufficient
