I've been trying to book a flight for the last 30 min using ultimate rewards, and everytime i clicked book, it said "sorry your flight was not booked" finally I called chase and they told me there is a system wide problem and no new flights can be booked. If anyone else is having issues booking, just know it's not you it's chase.
