Anyone here that only eats lubavitch shechita? do you not eat out other than in CH?

Seems like the avg kosher restaurant is not Lubav shechita

A large number of restaurants do carry Lubavitch shechita. Rubashkin's imported meat is pretty popular.

Is lubavitch shchita a relatively new phenomenon (as opposed to chasidishe shchita- we'll debate that in another thread) that developed in America? Is there any clear hadracha how the Rebbe felt about lubavitcher shchita vs Stam chasidishe shchita?

How about we start with a definition of who is a Lubavitcher (and how could YOU know if one is or isn't). Once we have that hammered out we can proceed to your other questions.
