Yeah, but that’s the exception not the rule.
HQ has campaigns/programs that fund certain things under very specific conditions, but even if it amounted to $50m annually (which it doesn’t), that’s less than $10k per Chabad institution worldwide.
I know what your intentions are, but this post muddies the water more than it clarifies by throwing in numbers like 50 million, which is completely made up, and likely more than 10 times the actual number in grants.
Chabad HQ does not fund any Chabad Houses.
Through certain donors, like the Rohr family, Chabad HQ does offer a couple of grants to a very select few types of Chabad Houses, such as Chabad on Campus. These grants are relatively small and represent a sliver of the Shliach's budget. The grant will also only be for a short length of time, usually a once off sum, though sometimes for up to 3 years.
These grants help a select few Chabad Houses get off the ground, barely, and that's it.
