I know one Chabad Mohel, when he was doing one of his Brisim and he knew the mother did her rounds. Chose not to endanger himself and used an instrument.

Dr. Singer is one, I'm not sure if there is anyone else since I left. Though I believe many Chabad families use Rabbi Gerson - my comment was tongue in cheek.
