he needs to provide sources.... Very prominent lubavitcher talmidei chachamim denying what he says
His first point doesn't hold water in today's mass produced shchita and knowing the person is not necessarily relevant if they're lubavitch.
Notwithstanding...
How about we start with a definition of who is a Lubavitcher (and how could YOU know if one is or isn't). Once we have that hammered out we can proceed to your other questions.
His second applies to any chasidishe shchita

Is lubavitch shchita a relatively new phenomenon (as opposed to chasidishe shchita- we'll debate that in another thread) that developed in America? Is there any clear hadracha how the Rebbe felt about lubavitcher shchita vs Stam chasidishe shchita?
I'm getting very conflicting opinions...
Bang!

Who’s that fellow and is his testimony accepted?

What's your def. of Chabad school? branding? curriculum? acceptance policy? staff?

for ex. there are schools which brand chabad with only some pupils of the same and vice versa.

There are 18 Chabad shuls within a 30 mile radius of Cleveland and 0 Chabad schools. /quote]

he's pretty clearly not branding the shuls and schools equally.
18 I'm sure includes Chabad houses, not just 'anash' shuls

Wine made from grapes, we drink on Pesach.

Brandy made from grapes, we don't drink on Pesach.

What's the logic?

traditionally, brandy had spices and sometimes other ingredients mixed (such as clove). Therefore done have a minhag not to use it on pesach

AFAIK the minhag is not to drink any Mashke on Pesach, even if כשר לפסח.

It's either illogical or you might not agree with the logic. Don't bother. Do as you see fit (or as your family tradition or mashpia tells you).

Aside from @moko's answer, you can't really ask "what's the logic?" about Pesach minhagim. I mean, you can, but you aren't likely to get a logical answer for the most part.

I could be way off base, but the way I see it is that "Lubavitch minhagim" for Pesach run on the baseline is we don't eat anything. We only eat that which we have a mesorah that we *do* eat. But obviously that is an extremely tough standard to live by and so accommodations were made over the years, leading to new things being added to "the mesorah". My father doesn't have sugar (even boiled) nor dairy, but he allowed it in the house. So some kids have grown up and still eat the dairy and sugar they grew up with, others took on those stringencies as adults well.

I know many who were extremely strict who have loosened up as they saw how their kids were reacting to the stringencies. They'd much rather their kids be at home celebrating Pesach with avocados than not having avocados and having their kids running away at the earliest opportunity. I can already hear some folks screaming "how hard is it to do without avocados for a week?" But sometimes it really isn't' the avocado and what it symbolizes. You have to be smart about it.

Good summary.

Next question.

And it ties very much into this:

or as your family tradition or mashpia tells you)
Why do some shluchim encourage a BT to take on their personal family minhagim for Pesach?

Is it minhag Chabad to eat nothing, or it in minhag of chabad families?

Perhaps they feel the minhag of those families made it minhag chabad?

I don't think this is the right place to explain this. It requires more depth than can be conveyed here (where shallow discussions are the lowest common denominator).

That being said, if you accepted @Yehuda57's premise about the baseline (which is based on the אריז"ל), what do you expect those without a tradition to do? Fast for 8 days (other than אחרון של פסח when it's a minhag to eat געבראקס, so they can just eat wet Matzo?)

ExGingi said ask your Mashpia, the Shliach might see himself in that role, and is perhaps trying to impart minhag Chabad to his understanding, might not be realizing that what he’s imparting isn’t general minhag.
