But your right EK and marketplace don't have Lubavitch shechita online. the only links I found (didn't want to spend more than 1 min searching) was kahans.

Strange in a market like CH for someone making a online order you don't have much choices. There was a Google sheet for ordering on crownheights.info but I don't know much about it.

Dollars don't decay, so 'preserving' them may not be an issue.
Keeping them safe -
in a picture frame (with a picture, letter or just a write up of when you got it)
in a ziplock baggie with your important documents
in a envelope thrown into a drawer that you find each Pesach cleaning
