Another 5 Migrant Buses Arrive in NYC with Hundreds of Illegal Immigrants

Five buses packed with immigrants caught illegally crossing the border into Texas rolled up to Port Authority in New York City on Wednesday – the largest such convoy yet. Before Wednesday, the most buses that arrived from Texas in a single day was 3.

NYC officials said the latest caravan had 237 passengers, including 14 children, all of whom were being accompanied by their parents.

Two migrant buses from Del Rio, Texas, arrived near Kamala Harris' residence at the Naval Observatory in Washington, D.C., Thursday morning.

Between 75 and 100 people who were picked up in Eagle Pass, Texas, were sent by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott. The group includes migrants from Venezuela, Uruguay, Colombia and Mexico. Multiple migrants, asked by Fox News Digital, said they think the border is open, contrary to what Harris said Sunday during an interview.

This latest convoy of buses arrived just hours after Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis followed through on his similar promise to drop off illegal immigrants in progressive states, sending two planes full of migrants to Martha’s Vineyard on Wednesday.

The people on the busses were offered the chance, not forced. Suggesting that they are "being used" is paternalistic and assumes that they are incapable of making decisions for themselves.

It's no surprise to see Democrats taking this view, since they have a long history of looking down on and oppressing people of color. I'm surprised to hear it from an "I" like you.

If you are referring to the specific choice of destination, then you are correct.

If you are referring to the fact that he sent them out of Florida, that is a policy decision (and one that FL Democrats voted for).
