Looking for a recommendation for poultry shears. Something high quality that will last. Not looking for a cheap $20 made in China.
Prefer if it can come apart easily for cleaning, but high quality and durable is most important quality that I'm looking for.

These are $20 made in china but we’ve been very happy with them: https://sfeldmanhousewares.com/products/wusthof-come-apart-kitchen-shears-3-color-options

Thanks. These aren't spring loaded, right? I am really looking for classic poultry shears that are self opening.
Any issues cutting through bone?

Ever since I was introduced to Cutco I'm in love with them.
Lifetime sharpening and a US based company.
Check out what cutco has. A tad on the more expensive end. But amazing stuff.

Thanks. I can't find poultry shears on their website. They just have all purpose type kitchen shears for "cutting herbs to opening packages"

skinning chicken is easiest with your fingers. Cut between the ball joints and there's no need for kitchen shears. I have one that I never use.

I don’t buy whole chickens so I’m not going to comment on bone. These aren’t spring loaded, at least not the ones I have (pretty sure these are the exact same).
