Any other ideas? I'm starting to get desperate the closer we get to the Summer as the good ones will defiantly sell out

They aren't as fragile as you think. Metal poles and very strong vinyl. Bought one last season and pretty happy with it. I'll let you know in May if it survived being taken down for winter and set up again this year. If I get 4 years out of it I'll be a happy camper. Definitely not "high end" but many thousands of dollars cheaper than the semi-permanent above ground alternative.

You’re hard pressed to get these for a deal when they’re selling out anyway. The manufacturers are selling to a luxury consumer who isn’t price-conscious, so they get away with charging the price premium vs. their cheaper/lower-quality competitors, with no incentive to make that premium any smaller.

Best you can do is try to find a coupon or discounted giftcard at a retailer that resells these.

This was probably 2x to 3x higher price last spring.
This is way larger than OP is looking for. OP wants 19 inches and this is 22 feet

OP is probably looking for 14’x19’ and made a mistake with using a double-quote instead of single-quote to indicate feet. 14”x19” is barely big enough to bathe a toddler in, let alone to call it a swimming pool.
