Beginning later this month, the luxurious Ritz Carlton Hotel in Manama, Bahrain will become the first hotel in the kingdom to offer kosher certified food through the help of OU Kosher.

Following the signing of the Abraham Accords, there has been a surge in interest from Jewish business and leisure travelers from Israel, North America and Europe in visiting the Kingdom.

OU Kosher is consulting with the hotel on establishing a new kosher kitchen which will be overseen by OU Kosher certifiers. Additionally, OU Kosher is helping the hotel identify a kosher culinary team member who will serve as a mashgiach, or kosher supervisor, when kosher meals are prepared on the premises.

(tried to shorten the clip, didn't work)

That is an old machlokes between Rav Heineman who was willing to use Yudel Shain's device to have ovens fire up by entering a code by phone to create bishul yisroel and Rav Belsky ztl who was adamantly against it. The OU says that R Shlomo Zalman Aurbach ztl was also against it.

I reached out to them to enquire about kosher food.

Within 5mn they provided me with the lunch / dinner menu (need 24h notice) - as previously shared on DDMS

They now also have kosher breakfast options (need one hour notice)
