Explain how the facts presented in this article show that most people are choosing to work instead of collecting UI. Even the paragraph you originally quoted shows wages rising due to "a surprisingly tight jobs market." Tight means there are not enough people applying for the jobs, which is forcing companies to offer more in order to get people to choose their job over a competitor's.
