Explain how the facts presented in this article show that most people are choosing to work instead of collecting UI. Even the paragraph you originally quoted shows wages rising due to "a surprisingly tight jobs market." Tight means there are not enough people applying for the jobs, which is forcing companies to offer more in order to get people to choose their job over a competitor's.

No, the teachers are union. The restaurants are mostly not.
No one is talking about teachers. The response was to "food and hospitality services sector" which has some of the biggest unions. Look at LAS or Chicago as an example. Not sure where you are getting all this flawed info from.

Shows more people than what are going back to work? More than zero? More than last month? More than last year? More than usual? More than expected? More people are going back to work than the amount of people staying on UI?

Yes. We agree. As does everyone else. No one ever said otherwise. What's your point?

Inflation is a highly political topic, like Covid. Some will insist that it doesn't exist and others say follow the science.

Except that even science isn't sure how to define it.

They say that the smart money invests (and trades?) in the bond market. What is that market telling us, both based on yields and the yield curve. Also the TIPS market might be telling something.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!
