Also STAGFLATION I think is the bigger story for most ppl I know who never watched their spending but are now checking prices before every purchase - Im sure many can relate.

I posted the above before listening to it myself, as I knew that Lacy Hunt is someone worth listening to.

If you're unsure about inflation, the direction of interest rates, the effects of the upcoming "infrastructure bill", etc. etc. then this piece is a must. Take your time to listen and try to understand what is being said. At approximately 24:43 Van Metre asks and then Hunt explains why the Fed expansion of its balance sheet won't lead to hyperinflation (spoiler: it has to do with the Federal Reserve Act), and at about 46:38 he explains why the supply chain price increases could lead to a recession (and not inflation).

I would have never known. I haven't noticed an increase in the price of water or seltzer.

Didn't notice specifically. I usually get 9 x 13 in Costco, much better quality than what the Jewish stores sell.

Definitely paying more for cleaning ladies, but that is a combination of catching up after years of lagging, along with all the free money, no evictions, etc which are causing labor shortages at the lower end of the scale, definitely not something permanent or with potential to spiral out of control.  Minimum wage in NY is at $15/hr, that doesn't help much either.

"Jewish ones"  jetfoil doesn't represent Jews,
And jetfoil has lightweight for cheap (and not worth it IMHO) that they try to sell to the consumer and they also have heavy duty (I saw used in restaurants)

NPGS has 9x13's for $33 a case
The reason why I noticed it is because a distributor mentioned it to me
He said "remember $13 a case deals? Those days are over" and he was right
