I had a seller cancel on me for no reason and relist the (used) item for a higher price. +no comunication
After much time chatting, was given $100 credit so i could buy the same item for the same price just new

So I couldn't get the free Explore session on my account because of this mixup, but Amazon said I can book anything $50 or less and they'll manually refund it :)
