Seller cancelled today with no reason listed and the time slot is back up for sale. I can't find any way to contact the seller.

Called Amazon and first agent said so sorry, too bad, but code is expired and nothing we can do. Asked for a manager and she said that she just spoke to the manager and there's nothing they can do.

Asked to patch me through anyway. The manager added a $50 courtesy credit to my account and emailed the seller to ask what happened and if they're willing to still honor the 40% off code

No, I asked to be rebooked at the original rate I paid, which both agents said was impossible.

It shipped and delivered I asked the driver to refuse delivery he just told me I should tell amazon that he isn't taking it back.
Called in amazon they transferred me to logistics who a supervisor refunded the entire amount and told me I can either keep or give away the item.

Amazon said they can't replace honor the 40% off, but they added $18.20 to my gift card balance to make up for it.
At +$68.20 on this explore stuff so far. Not bad
