Facebook marketplace payment issue

I sold something on fb marketplace with shipping and was supposed to receive a payout 3-5 days after delivery. Item was delivered on March 15th and I still haven't received $ from Facebook. I have tried to request support using the help option but when I try to submit anything it just keeps loading and doesn't submit. Any advice on how to contact them would be appreciated. Ty

Try deleting cookies.  Sometimes it helps these types of computer issues.

Try a different browser. If you have a adblocker, disable it and refresh the page. If you have a filter, that can get in the way as well.

Tried all of the above to no avail. I messaged them thru there Facebook marketplace page, so hope that works.
