You need a lot more data points then one. His wife may have gotten the PopUp for many reasons that people are getting popup even if they never had the card. And he may have not seen the PopUp for many reasons people get targeted to get the same card again etc. Don’t see any conclusions. Any body that opens their eyes will see 1000s of different experiences on Amex PopUp accross the web. It’s silly to try to make conclusions based on one datapoint. We need to see a trend
