Yup for January 22
Nice, bought the 1 unit?
Any surprises? Is tax included?

I booked it in a way that I have zero risk, I can cancel at anytime.
Looks like there is an additional charge of close to 100 I guess it's for taxes

I will send the link to check availability later today, once I am on my laptop.
The pricing starts at 250 a night if you buy 1 unit and goes down to 150 a night if you buy 4 units.
It includes taxes and breakfast. You also receive $100-$700 credit depending on how many units you buy.
If you have not used it at all you can get a full refund within the first 90 days.

I will send more details once I am on my laptop.

For Checking availability just go to the booking page on Banyantree.com and in code enter HABITAT for the promo code choose your dates and you will see the hotels available with the present pricing when you click next it will show you the value as 0 if the Habitat rate is available.

The credits you receive are 150-175 per unit depending on how many units you purchase.

No additional taxes are to be paid.

Especially for Maldives you can email the hotel and ask for upgrading to half board to All Inclusive rates.  The rates I received for Banyan Tree Maldives are half Board $60.36, Full Board 105.95 and All Inclusive $220.52 per adult per day,  child below 12 is 50%.

https://habitat.banyantree.com/banyan-tree-hotels/resorts

You can check availability black out dates for individual resorts along with the credit available per unit on the above website.

You can gift units to anyone but not sell.

Each unit is good for 7 night stay at the base room in that particular resort with breakfast.

Except for Chinese New Year and Dec 24-Jan 10th I was seeing good availability overall.

If you buy 4 units and want a refund you need to return all 4 units.
The units do not have to be used at the same resort or consecutively for 28 days if you buy 4 units. For eg. you can use 7 nights in Mexico, 7 Nights in Maldives etc. (the 7 nights have to be at the same resort for consecutive 7 days) you cannot split one unit into two stays or more.

I have already bought 4 units and my friends have bought another 8 units. We were able to reserve 2 villas on the same week at Maldives and Krabi have not tried others.

Hope this is Helpful

If any one has anymore queries you can PM me.

You can gift 1 out of 4 units to a different person? This is huge imo.

Lots of blackouts and needs to be consumed within 12 months.
But units are transferrable, so certainly some potential here to split 4 units.

When i inquired last week with the Singapore main office, i was told that all taxes were included.  Sadly, the hotel i chose was not available the week i wanted.  So didn't book.

Blackout dates really kill this for most,
This is more geared for people sitting on the beach 1/2 a year and its a cheap alternative.
Always praying for delayed baggage.

assuming one purchases 4 weeks, can multiple weeks be used at the same time?
i.e. if i wanted to get 2 or 3 rooms for the same week?
