So has anyone actually received any yet? I am waiting on 19 certs, and my '8 weeks from enrollment in promotion' ended a few days ago...

it doesn't actually come in 24 hours, I've had experience with it taking up to two weeks to go into my account!

Good, maybe I can complain after 24 hours and get them manually put in, and then they'll come in on their own.... We shall see!

I did the promotion two months ago, received the email with the codes to redeem the certificates a few days ago, and tried depositing one into my account soon after. The website said that I would receive it within 24 hours, and I then received an email with:
Confirmation Number : XXXXXXXX
Certificate Code : XXXXXXXX
Bonus Points Awarded : 15000
Frankly, I find it quite unsettling that an AmEx CSR would so flippantly say something like that to one of their loyal customers.
I would like to know where my points are.

Got the points to post twice. it didn't show up after 24 hours. So I right away SM's to Amex, they added it manually, and then they posted systematically.
