I figured a thread like this could be helpful this year, when Nissan was early and temperatures have been cold. Does anyone know of a tree that's currently suitable for the beracha in Flatbush or BP?

Just checked 512 and 632 Montgomery. I'd give it a few more days for the blossoms to come out.

I did it here early this morning (Thursday) before the question was posted

Not sure the smaller trunk is budding yet, but you can clearly see the blossoms at the top of the larger tree.
