Let's try this another way. Is a person that has more money than he or she would ever need (or better yet: currently needs, where currently includes the mental need for פת בסלו) rich?

ETA: A quick Google search seems to indicate that my definition of Rich is actually (implied) in the first entry for the term Rich in many dictionaries.
