I didnt get the confirmation email yesterday or today but in the beginning it used to take a few days or longer to get that email.  I hope its not dead.  This was a very easy way to get some free points

used the link to link UA to foursquare, changed location to newark checked in

Go to m.foursquare.com and click on change location

For some reason this stopped working for me... did they stop giving the miles to computer checkins or did they just boot me off the program

maybe they cracked down (built a better system) on check ins that were more than 2 miles away from the location.  Id be curious to see if the people who got the confirmations/miles the past few days were within the 2 miles of the airport.
