You don't need to use m.foursquare, the regular phone app doesn't lock you in to a location.

ok so its only hotels you check into to get the points??
whats this that everyone is checking into airport? and how do i get the 50 miles for UA?

Topguest.com, sign in and then click on get points. There should be a link to connect foursquare to your topguest

a)i think he meant 5 different programs (1PC, 1HHonors, 1Virgin America, etc.)
b) make sure the checkin locations/times don't defy the laws of physics.

Correct, 5 different point programs. I have all the locations I need saved in my foursquare account and a superfast GNex on 4G, so it takes me less than 5 seconds each time. I do the 5 over the course of the day.

I always used to get ua emails right after check-ins, but I never got hotel email confirmations. does any one get email confirmations or do the points post w/o confirmations? I stopped checking in to hotels BC I thought it wasn't working.

i don't get emails but check your topguest.com account for confirmation
