What is a צילום אשרת חוזר? Do they mean your ticket? There is already an option for a visa.

If I recall there are two separate Visa pages, one the visa itself and one an entry permit. I am assuming that that is what they are referring to.

So I should upload the blue slip I recieved when I entered Israel last?

I think the blue paper is the temporary tourist visa. This process is for those who have a current Student Visa. Assuming that you do, there should be two separate pages pasted in your passport. Those are the two pages they are talking about, I think.

If you have a double page, it is two separate forms. One is marked "VISA" (אשרה/רשיון) and one is marked "ENTRY VISA" (אשרת כניסה).

I just got a copy of my son's and filled out the form. Let's hope for answers soon.

Per Chaim V'Chessed's update:
"UPDATE: The online form requests Copy of visa and Copy of your return visa. Your student visa has two stickers. Upload one of these two stickers for each of these two entries."

Correct. However, at this point the greatest impact by halting the Student visas are students currently in Israel who want to come home for a simcha and return. I imagine that at this point in the year/zman, almost everyone trying to come in the first place has already done so.
i would guess, at this point the vast majority of new entries on "student visas" would have been people who used Vitamins P or S to get it.

Does anyone have any idea what time frame to expect getting a permit after applying online for s student to leave and come back?

I fully understand this process is new, but any info would be appreciated.

I can comment about the specific permit this form generates but lately Ishurs' issued in Israel have been valid for 30 days.

Glad that it worked out. My experience was similar. I applied for my son on Monday and got the Ishur this morning.

Surprising efficiency for the Israeli Government.

Anyone traveling from the United States with a valid student visa can now enter Israel without a permit, Interior Minister Arye Deri’s office says. (Belaaz)

You just show up to the airport without any documents?
What about newborns without visas?
