Wishful thinking. These riots aren’t going to improve law enforcement training/protocols, they’re just sanctioned lawlessness that extends the divide even more between crime-prone individuals and law enforcement.

I meant in the context of "turning point". If by turning point you mean riots any time a cop who kills a minority is acquitted, then it isn't much of a turning point IMHO.
