ISO: oven knob shutoff timer

I recently ended up with a brand new oven with no "time bake" timer. I'm looking for a simple fix for that. Something like the above link.
(I prefer not needing to deal with a plumber, or appliance technician).

Mostly need just the timed shutoff, not necessarily the smart integration or motion sensor that some of the higher end systems have.

Anyone have any experience with these? Is this one any good?
Are there others like this? (I'm finding it maddeningly difficult to narrow down search terms for this)

Yes, IME. Not immediately but as soon as the thermostat is ready to sense again which is usually within a few moments.
