I have a flight on westjet sunday that I will not be taking , they changed the original schedule by 4.5 hours , they refuse to refund , I filed a DOT complaint , but they probably wont address the complaint for a while , should I cancel the ticket first or just be a no-show ? does it make a difference in regards to my DOT complaint ?

I'm having a similar situation now with westjet, what did you end up doing? I filed a chargeback but i'm not sure if it'll be resolved by the travel date on June 14th
