I don't know anything about this, but I would guess it's allowing landlords to turn away tenants whom they don't want in the neighborhood... in NYC it was a big issue with De Blasio housing homeless and etc in exclusive areas.

I know in my area, Section 8 requires (unremovable) window guards, and the fire code forbids them.

What do you mean they worked? Again, I'll ask within this narrow question of the rocket attacks, are you somehow under the false impression that Hamas did not attack Israel with rockets throughout the Trump admin?

I thought about this for a while, too. I'm not sure I agree. Hamas would definitely have fired some rockets as they have been doing the last 4 years, but I do think there is some merit to say that they would have not escalated so much. But hard to know.
