Do you really think Biden has the cognitive capacity for this?

I think the following is much more plausible, hence the huge danger the world faced if KH would have been elected.

Though not necessarily because of cognitive issues, more because it makes sense for an aide to take care of this.

I absolutely disagree.

I do not think that Biden is a terrorist sympathizer! He's a lifelong politician (i.e. someone who doesn't usually have strong morals and positions, but navigates with what he or his advisers believe will get him reelected).

OTOH I do belive that his advisers/team/DNC fully buy into the "Social Justice"/Woke/Oppressor-Oppressed worldview, hence the terrible positions.

Just to throw an A-bomb in to the discussion,
What would happen if someone decided to challange the pardon on count of Joe not being in control of his mental facilities?
If we can allege that he should have been removed via amendment25... then theoretically any executive actions he takes are up for challange too
