Trojan Virus?

I just got a notification on my computer that I got a Trojan virus. Can someone pls explain how to remove it? How bad is it?

ETA - Basically, at some point you allowed this popup site to show notifications. And it's spamming you with notifications to make you think you have a virus so you'll pay for their software or whatever to remove it.

No need for the further steps in the link, he only needs to do the browser change.
