Seems like he's stating/observing facts.

With the violence seen there, it is an insult to all Yeshivos that it is called a Yeshiva. I can't see how Torah learning is compatible with violence.

1) Apparently MCI was not declared immediately, as evident by some EMT's are still in the crowd and did not head over only after about 10 minutes.
2) at 1:10:04 the person on the right side making announcements, likely saved many lives by taking control and making important announcement while keeping his cool.

2) at 1:10:04 the person on the right side making announcements, likely saved many lives by taking control and making important announcement while keeping his cool.

Poriya hospital declared an MCI only at 01:30, although it is further away and not the first choice.
The United Hatzalah network was down.
The recording of the paramedic who called in the MDA MCI is well publicized. He estimated 15 dead and 40 injured, less than a third of the ultimate count. There may have been 2 scenes so he wasn’t that wrong from his perspective.
