It's time for introspection.
The definition of introspection, per Google, is "the examination or observation of
one's own mental and emotional processes." (emphasis added)
If all we do when the dust settles is point fingers, 45 people will have died in vain. Obviously safety measure will need to be taken, but they will be taken regardless of what all the geniuses on DDF decide. The only meaningful action we can do here is introspection - to look inside ourselves and see what needs to change there. Not elsewhere.
